DUTIES :

• Learn the fundamentals of claims handling through our hands-on training program.
• Investigate and evaluate auto claims, including liability and property damage.
• Communicate with customers, guiding them through the claims process with empathy and clarity.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and legal partners to resolve claims efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation and stay up to date on industry trends and regulations.
