Administrative Assistant

Akron, OH

REUMAC Stabilization is a company focused on providing solutions for the needs of our customers REUMAC works with developers, municipalities and general contractors to expedite their paving projects by drying and stabilizing soil.

We are currently seeking a part time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Akron, OH ! You will provide essential office support, manage daily tasks, and help keep our operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • General accounting knowledge preferred
  • QuickBooks online experience preferred
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent required
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Mathematical skills
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and scheduling of meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems.
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Support team projects and communications as needed.
  • Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
