About the Job:

Imagine stepping into a welcoming primary care clinic, ready to connect with patients who are invested in their health. Your day is filled with meaningful conversations, proactive care, and collaboration with a tight-knit team that shares your passion for high-quality, preventative medicine.

As an Advanced Practice Clinician at CareATC, you'll care for patients aged 2+, providing evidence-based care and guiding individuals toward better management of chronic conditions. You’ll play a key role in early intervention, preventative care, and ongoing health education—all while enjoying predictable hours and a workplace where your contributions matter.

Position Details:

• Location: Dinuba, CA

• Schedule: 4 days per week (Monday–Friday clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

• Hours per Week: 32 hours

• Position Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan (ages 2+), focused on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management.
• Provide both in-person and virtual care, as appropriate, to maximize accessibility and support
• Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments, and help patients develop realistic health goals and action plans.
• Promote a wellness-based approach by addressing lifestyle factors, early interventions, and long-term health strategies.
• Participate in clinic operations and contribute to a culture of quality, service, and collaboration.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) license in the state of practice
• Board certification (FNP or PA-C)
• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• DEA registration
• 2+ years of clinical experience in a primary care setting preferred
• Experience treating patients ages 2+
• Ability to pass onsite credentialing
• Familiarity with HIPAA standards and a commitment to patient confidentiality
