Prerequisites:

* 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction
* Experience on projects valued at $10MM or more
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
* Knowledge of sub-trades and managing teams
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

Responsibilities:

* Ensure project success through safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction
* Facilitate relationships with team members, subcontractors, and owners
* Keep projects on schedule and within scope
* Oversee all aspects of the project from conception to completion
