Job Title: Automotive Sales Agent Job Summary: RK Auto, a leading family-owned auto dealership in Virginia Beach, is seeking a highly motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our team for Subaru and Chevrolet. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in finding their dream car, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in auto sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for cars. Paid training is provided. Automotive Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand and demonstrate knowledge of all vehicles in inventory
• Conduct test drives and assist customers in choosing the right vehicle
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Collaborate with team members and different departments to provide an excellent customer experience
• Keep up-to-date with new products, features, and accessories

Automotive Sales Associate Requirements: What We're Looking For:

• Strong sales skills with a knack for building customer relationships.
• A passion for cars and an eagerness to stay informed about the latest models and trends.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and drive to succeed are essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• No experience in auto sales required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license
