Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage and maintain our financial records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately recording day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, and assisting with financial reporting.Responsibilities:Record financial transactions in the company’s accounting software.Reconcile bank and credit card statements.Process accounts payable and receivable.Prepare and file tax returns.Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely payments.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.Support audits by providing necessary documents and reports.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.Attention to detail and accuracy in work.Good organizational and time-management skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.[Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field] preferred but not required.How to Apply:Please send your resume and a brief cover letter to Us.
