Title : Business Development Manager – B to B Sales
Locations : Tucson -Fully remote
Salary Range: 80K plus commission

Our client, a professional services company, is seeking a Business Development Manager on a Full-Time basis. Our client is in growth mode and is expanding into new markets. This role is a blend of inside and outside sales activities (cold calling, door knocking and networking) in the Tucson market. 

Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:

• Actively seeks out, acquires, and nurtures potential clients while keeping the CRM system updated daily.
• Handles and follows up on sales inquiries through calls, emails, and scheduled meetings each day.
• Conducts a set number of sales meetings each week with prospective clients, focusing on small to mid-sized businesses to promote HR outsourcing solutions.
• Creates tailored proposals and presents customized solutions to prospective clients.
• Represents the company at business meetings, trade shows, networking functions, seminars, and conferences as needed.
• Maintains open communication with the team and leadership to share progress, address challenges, and highlight successes.

Qualifications of the Business Development Manager:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of B to B Inside and Outside sales experience.

• Skill to be proactive in prospecting and cold-calling.
• Skilled in sales territory management.
• Skill to use and compose clear, comprehensive, and accurate verbal and written communication and reports.
• Skill to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with proficiency.
• Skill to manage multiple projects.
• Skill to research and analyze data and prepare recommendations and conduct negotiations.
• Skill to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines.
