About the Role:
As a Call Center Representative, you will handle customer and seller interactions via phone and email, assisting with order inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless ticket-buying experience. Your goal will be to provide outstanding support while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
What You'll Do:
Respond to customer and seller inquiries regarding orders, event details, and account issues.
Investigate and resolve order-related concerns quickly and efficiently.
Ensure all transactions are completed smoothly, maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.
Provide real-time assistance to sellers and proactively identify potential issues.
Participate in ongoing training to continuously improve skills and enhance the customer experience.

Work Schedule & Training:
Training: First four weeks, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (paid, in-office training).
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
Shift Hours: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (Wednesday and Thursday off).
Compensation & Benefits: $40,000 base salary with overtime eligibility, bi-annual bonuses, and an annual equity grant. Any hours worked over 40 per week are eligible for overtime pay.
