We are looking for a highly motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Minot, ND. Ideally, we are looking for a passionate, superstar Chiropractor who is a highly skilled adjuster, comfortable seeing 200+ patients a week, helping other reach for and achieve their health and wellness goals within our Wellness based Family practice. We need a driven DC who enjoys promoting a healthy lifestyle and has a desire for growth, as our practice continues to grow! Duties:
Patient Exam/Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent records/imaging
Evaluate patients neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine
Take and interpret X-rays
Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
Chiropractic patient care- Manual Adjustments, Diversified, QSM3/Upper Cervical, MC2, TRT, Thompson Drop, Activator Method, Websters Technique, evidence-based treatments, modalities, rehab exercises, and therapy
Patient education on the exam findings, the benefits of routine chiropractic care, lifestyle modifications, nutrition, supplementation, and home exercises
Documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records
Re-exams for progress checks, adjustments, and ensure youve met patient and treatment goals
Collaborating and communicating with colleagues, CAs and administrators for comprehensive patient care
Promoting wellness chiropractic to our patients and the community at large
Participating in practice promotion and marketing events
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic Program (DC)
Chiropractic license in ND
Schedule:
Office hours are Mon, Wed & Thur: 7:30am-6:00pm, Tues: 9:00am-6:00pm and Fri: 7:30am-4:30pm. Select Saturdays from 9:00am-11:00am
35-37 hours per week within these office hours
Salary (range):
$100k per year (DOE) plus bonus Compensation
