Job Description

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: **

Deliveries are to a single destination or to multiple locations.
Must be able to Strap down and unstrap the loads. Trailers are loaded and unloaded for you.
Willingness and ability to drive in the 5 boroughs of New York City. Not all the Driving will be in Brooklyn and Queens.
We will Train you on how to handle all facets of the job.
Must be willing to go over the road when needed and handle backhauls.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip responsibilities in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and OEG Building Materials policies and procedures.
Takes multiple routes per day depending on volume and client demands.

Experience Required:

At least three plus years(Preferred) delivery/distribution experiencerequired driving a flatbed truck.
Must have Verifiable Local and Over the road Class A Flatbed / Semi Tractor. Trailer Truck Driving Experience.

**Qualifications:**

A valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), Class A.

Compensation- Depends on Experience.

Work Location- On the road.

Trucking freight handling- Secure freight by hand.

Type of Freight- Flatbed.

Trucking Route- Local, Tri state area and or over the road.

Truck Options- Manual Transmission.

Schedule- Monday to Friday.

DOT Medical Card
Driver's License
Current CDL License
