Job Description

Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)

Lynx Therapeutics is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee and manage clinical trials and research studies. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of clinical research studies, from planning through execution, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining the highest standards of quality in research practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage clinical trial procedures in accordance with study protocols and regulatory guidelines.
  • Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants while ensuring informed consent processes are followed.
  • Coordinate and schedule study visits, including participant follow-ups and data collection.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and research staff to facilitate smooth study operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Institutional Review Board (IRB) regulations, and other relevant guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and complete trial documentation, including protocol amendments, case report forms, and regulatory submissions.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of the study to stakeholders, ensuring timely completion of study milestones.
  • Assist in training study personnel on protocols and compliance standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or similar role in a clinical research environment.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial methodology, regulatory requirements, and GCP guidelines.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in data management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with participants and healthcare professionals.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
