We are currently seeking a highly motivated CMT Laboratory Manager to join our RADISE CMT Team in Riviera Beach, FL.

Summary: RADISE International, LC (RADISE) is looking for an experienced CMT Laboratory Manager to run our Soil and Construction Material Testing(CMT) Lab.   

Responsibilities

• Obtain samples, complete testing, record results, enter them into the computer, submit reports and talk with other internal and external stakeholder to coordinate the work.
  
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to: obtain samples/specimens of concrete, soils, aggregates, asphalt from work sites.
  
• Perform laboratory tests on the samples collected. Following work order and testing procedures.
  
• Communicate/ report lab test results in O.M.S.
  
• Maintain lab testing equipment: cleaning, repairs, calibration, set up.
  
• Expertise in ASTM, FDOT and AASHTO testing standards.
  
• Familiar and participate in lab accreditation & Audits.
  
• Adhere to strict safety standards.
  
• Train and develop new hires and other technicians to elevate skill level.
  
• Mentoring and developing the lab staff for career development.
  

Skills/Requirements

• High school diploma / GED or 2 years material testing (field or lab).
  
• Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record.
  
• Good written and verbal communications skills.
  
• Ability to lift samples, at times up to 75+ pounds.
  
• Pass drug and background screening tests.
  

Qualifications

· ACI Aggregate Testing Technician Level 1

· ACI Aggregate Base Testing Technician

· Concrete Laboratory Testing Technician Level 1

· CTQP LBR Testing Technician

· ACI Concrete Strength testing Technician

· ACI Masonry Testing Technician

Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Compensation Package: Overtime pay

• Monday to Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM
  

Work Location: Primary CMT Laboratory in Riviera Beach, FL. Secondary CMT Laboratory in Deerfield Beach, FL. Travel to job sites as needed.
