Ridgeway Post Acute in Petaluma, CA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for our NOC shift . Join a facility known for excellent care, strong leadership, and a supportive environment.

🕐 Position Details:

Shift: NOC (Overnight) 10:30pm to 7:00am
Status: Full-time
Starting Pay: $24.00
Sign on Bonus - $750.00

💼 CNA Responsibilities Include:

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Provide mobility support , including repositioning, transferring, and walking assistance
Monitor and record vital signs and changes in condition
Assist with meals and hydration
Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable environments for residents
Communicate effectively with nurses and team members
Offer emotional support and companionship , especially important during night shifts
