The salary range is very flexible and DOE but should range from $90,000-$110,000/yr.
Candidates do NOT need a book of business but the ones that do will earn premium pay and commissions are available.
Commercial Escrow Officer:Candidates must have commercial escrow experience to be considered.The Candidate will work with Escrow Assistants to close commercial escrow closings and will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service to their clients.The candidate will be determining escrow requirements by reviewing the purchase & sale agreement, buyer, seller, and lending instructions.The candidate will prepare closing documents and might assist in coordinating the complete disbursement and follow-up of all escrow transactions and/or transaction-specific requirements.The candidate must have superior communication skills as this position requires constant communication of specific requirements needed to close transactions and must be able to clear all title exceptions.
