Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Commercial Quality Control Reviewer to verify the accuracy and technical quality of television commercials prior to air. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, familiarity with broadcast standards, and the ability to ensure all assets meet brand, regulatory, and technical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tape Code Verification:
  Ensure the Tape Code matches official documentation for tracking and reporting purposes.
• 800 Number Accuracy:
  Confirm the toll-free number displayed in the commercial is correct, legible, and aligns with campaign requirements.
• Voice Over Compliance:
  Review voiceovers for accuracy, tone, pacing, pronunciation, and alignment with the phone number and approved tag.
• Slate Review:
  Verify that each commercial includes a properly formatted slate displaying advertiser details, ISCI code, runtime, and other required information.
• General Quality Assessment:
  Evaluate the overall video and audio quality of commercials, identifying any technical issues such as color correction, audio distortion, or visual glitches. Ensure final content meets professional broadcast standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience in broadcast operations, post-production, or media trafficking preferred.
• Familiarity with advertising compliance and commercial formatting standards.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with video editing or review tools is a plus.
