We have an immediate need for Community Engagement Associates to join our growing event marketing and nonprofit outreach team . This entry-level role is perfect for energetic, outgoing individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in marketing, promotions, fundraising, and event management .
No prior experience required! We provide paid training, 1:1 mentorship, and on-the-job learning to help you grow into leadership and management roles .
Represent client brands and nonprofit partners at community events, retail activations, and outreach campaigns
Engage directly with the public to raise awareness, drive donations, and promote causes
Assist with event setup, logistics, and promotional activities
Track and report event performance and community engagement results
Shadow mentors to develop leadership, team management, and operational skills
Take on small team supervision as you progress
Energetic, personable, and coachable
Motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced, public-facing role
Strong communicator and team player
