When you join us as a Compliance Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

 

You Will:

  • Maintain data gathered as part of the Company’s Compliance Auditing and QA programs, including ensuring data is imported and stored in a manner that provides for optimal reporting to Compliance leaders.
  • Utilize and recommend enhancements and improvements to the Company’s reporting tool in its Applications platform to review and audit Compliance and QA data periodically.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards, Applications Program, using the report writer for various 3rd party audits and data requests.
  • Create and maintain custom interfaces between different internal and external systems.
  • Review and document processes and assess recommendations for new solutions, improvements, and/or enhancements to existing company or Compliance QA related processes and procedures via the use of technology and data reporting.
  • Assist leaders in developing QA and Compliance reporting presentations to be shared with management.
  • Interpret datasets to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decisions for business leaders.
  • Present findings and recommendations through clear, concise reports tailored to executives, managers, and technical teams.
  • Build predictive and prescriptive models to forecast operational outcomes and evaluate potential scenarios.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand data needs and align on objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure data solutions meet operational requirements.
  • Provide training and support to teams, enhancing their ability to interpret and utilize operational data effectively.
  • Work with IT to optimize data sources, ensuring integrity, availability, and accuracy.
  • Support the implementation and integration of tools, systems, or technologies that improve data management and reporting capabilities.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of operational issues or strategic initiatives as requested by leadership.
  • Assist in developing business cases for new projects or process changes through comprehensive data analysis.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide management with actionable insights for decision-making.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years as a business analyst supporting one or more business function(s) or working experience in a related field with a fast-paced environment. Possesses strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and high level of accountability.
  • Must have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills, including the ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, effectively manage multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrates strong organization skills, initiative, and the ability to be a self-starter.
  • Ability to analyze a high volume of transactions/data.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member with minimal daily direction from management to accomplish objectives and deadlines.
  • Advanced Excel skills, Pivot Tables, etc.

Pay Range: USD $75,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
