At Northwest Corp, our crane operators don’t just sit in the cab — they’re key players in a fast-moving, safety-first team that tackles complex lifts across the region.
If you’re looking for variety, challenge, and the chance to work with top-tier mobile equipment (boom trucks, truck cranes, and all-terrain cranes), this is the role for you.
We’re looking for a skilled operator who takes pride in precision, safety, and teamwork — and who’s ready to make an impact on every job site.
Job Responsibilities:
Mobilization and Demobilization: Set up and tear down boom trucks, truck cranes, and all-terrain cranes (55T–350T) at various job sites, ensuring safe and efficient transitions between projects.

Daily Inspections and Maintenance: Perform thorough pre-operation inspections to ensure crane functionality and safety. Promptly report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team for resolution.
Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times. Maintain a strong safety mindset and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
Communication and Coordination: Work closely with riggers and ground crews using hand signals, radios, or other communication tools to ensure safe and accurate lifts. Collaborate with team members to execute lifts smoothly and efficiently.
