Role Description
As a Customer Service Representative with Rick Milanak Insurance and Financial Services, Inc., you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

We have been established in our location for 20 years and are very well known in our area with an earned reputation for excellence. Our office offers a spacious, clean and safe work environment where each member of our team has their own office. We are willing to train an inexperienced person who has a desire to learn a new a career. Our office was built with people who had no insurance experience but had a desire to learn. Parking is plentiful in our large lot with easy access to several main roads in Lancaster County.
Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $33,000.00 - $49,500.00 per year
