As a Data Entry Specialist, you will support various departments by entering, verifying, and maintaining accurate and confidential data across multiple systems to ensure operational efficiency. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• At least 2 years of data entry experience
• Accurate typing skills (30–40 WPM minimum)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
• Excellent decision-making, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with clerical procedures and data verification methods
• Technical or college-level coursework (preferred)

What You’ll Do as a Data Entry Specialist:

• Enter and maintain data related to customers, inventory, suppliers, and documentation
• Verify and update existing records by reviewing, correcting, and combining data
• Eliminate duplicate records and maintain data integrity
• Test system changes and upgrades for accuracy
• Assist various departments with data-related tasks and projects
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Ensure data confidentiality and contribute to team goals
• Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor
