Digital Marketing Manager

Description:

The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with various departments to develop and execute content for the organization's social media platforms, website, and email communications.
The role involves building and maintaining an engaged digital community, creating and curating compelling content, and leveraging data to drive strategic decisions that align with the organization's goals.
Responsibilities include developing and executing digital content strategies across multiple channels, creating and curating engaging content including text, images, and videos, monitoring and analyzing engagement data, collaborating with colleagues to gather content and ensure alignment with institutional goals, and providing best-practice guidance on email and social media marketing.

Requirements:

Strong writing and editing skills with experience producing a variety of written content.
Proven ability to create dynamic, mission-driven digital content across email and social media platforms.
Proficiency in digital marketing analytics and tools such as Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
Experience with basic graphic design, photo editing, and video production.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
