Superior Contracting & Maintenance is currently seeking a skilled Dryer Vent Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Dryer Vent Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of dryer vent systems in residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of dryer vent systems in residential properties
• Inspect and identify any issues or blockages in the dryer vent
• Use specialized equipment to remove lint, debris, and other obstructions
• Ensure the proper functioning and efficiency of dryer vent systems
• Educate customers on the importance of regular dryer vent maintenance and safety
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or questions
• Maintain accurate records of all work orders, materials, and time spent on each job

Requirements

• Experience in dryer vent cleaning or HVAC maintenance (5 years+)
• General Liability Preferred
• Knowledge of dryer vent systems and their components
• Familiarity with specialized cleaning equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
• Physical stamina and ability to work in different environments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Living currently in the US
