Job Title: Dynamics 365 Developer

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP modules to meet business requirements
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Write efficient, reusable code using C#, JavaScript, and Dynamics 365 SDK
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems and third-party applications
• Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Dynamics 365 environment
• Document technical specifications and maintain development standards

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) development and customization
• Proficiency with Dynamics 365 SDK, C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, security models, and data management
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems via RESTful APIs, Azure services, or middleware
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and Common Data Service (CDS)
• Experience in Agile development methodologies
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification(s)
• Experience with Azure DevOps for source control and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of Microsoft Power BI for reporting and dashboards
• Experience with SharePoint integration and Microsoft Teams
• Federal Experience is a plus.
