Job Description : We are looking for a skilled Electrical Construction Project Manager/Estimator to manage projects from estimating through completion. You'll collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure accurate estimates, timely execution, and adherence to budget.

Key Responsibilities :

Review project plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical systems.
Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
Work with design teams to ensure the proper scope of work.
Prepare and submit bids and proposals to clients and subcontractors.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for pricing on materials and equipment.
Monitor project progress, track costs, and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
Oversee change orders and reflect them in final project costs.
Lead teams to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to keep stakeholders informed.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, Estimator, or similar role in electrical construction.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail in cost and timeline estimation.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
OSHA certification or similar safety training (preferred).
