As a Brand Marketing Assistant, you’ll bring exciting brands to life by engaging directly with customers in high-traffic retail spaces, community events, and promotional setups :
Represent recognized consumer brands at retail events, trade shows, and community activations
Set up and manage eye-catching event displays , product demonstrations, and branded booths
Interact with customers face-to-face to promote brand messaging and increase awareness
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through friendly, informative interactions
Track customer feedback, event performance, and help achieve campaign goals
Collaborate with your team to manage logistics, flow, and brand visibility at each event
High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus)
Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality , and strong interpersonal presence
Reliable, team-oriented , and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and busy events
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Reliable transportation to local event locations is required
Bonus: Background in retail, customer service, hospitality, performing arts, or events is helpful—but not required!
