Position Overview:
We are looking for someone hardworking and dependable to work in the preparation, application, and finishing of flooring systems and the building and installation of cabinets. We work in customer's garage's all year round. Your job will be physically demanding, requires attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

Application Question(s):
If we are doing a floor that is 450 sq ft, and I get 200 sq ft of coverage per gallon of epoxy, how many gallons do I need to do the job?
You have 3 drivers and 5 deliveries, each 40 miles from your warehouse in different directions (N, NE, E, S, SW). Vans drive up to 50 mph. Each delivery takes 10 minutes. All must be completed within the same 4-hour window. Drivers cannot communicate once they leave.

What's the best plan?

A) Each driver does 2 stops; one delivery is skipped.
B) Two drivers take 1 far stop each; one driver handles 2 close stops; one is outsourced.
C) Assign routes by direction pairs: N/NE, E/S, SW/any remaining.
D) Group NE+E, S+SW, and assign N as a single stop.
Are you able to pass a background test and drug test for employment purposes?
Able to lift 150 lbs from the floor?

Education:
Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
Residential painting: 1 year (Preferred)
Flooring installation: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required)
