Responsibilities include:
Surface Preparation: Operate grinders, vacuums, and shot blasters to prepare concrete for a flawless finish.
Coating Applications: Apply epoxy, urethane, and polished concrete coatings using power and hand troweling techniques.
Precision Joint Work: Cut and fill joints to ensure a seamless, durable finish.
Site & Equipment Maintenance: Help keep tools, equipment, and work areas organized and in top condition.

Qualifications
Must have experience in epoxy flooring, concrete coating systems, or concrete finishing.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Clear background check and drug screening.
Flexibility to work varied hours, lift over 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and a drive to learn and grow in the trade.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
