Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a variety of events that align with our company's objectives and branding. Your role will involve liaising with clients and stakeholders to understand their event needs and translating those into actionable plans.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute events from start to finish, ensuring they align with client objectives and branding.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure quality services within budget.
Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
Develop and manage event budgets, tracking all expenses and ensuring financial accountability.
Work closely with marketing teams to promote events and drive attendance through various channels.
Set deadlines and manage timelines for all event-related activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or management with a strong portfolio of past events.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
