We are hiring for a Data Analyst & Business Analyst !! Please find the Job description.
Role: Mid-level / Junior level / Entry level
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Employment Type: W2 Contract
Work Authorization: GC, GC EAD, H4 EAD & USC.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with business stakeholders to understand project goals and gather requirements.
Assist in documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support the development and testing teams by clarifying requirements and helping define acceptance criteria.
Assist in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of business analysis tools and techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration , Information Technology , Computer Science , Economics , Finance , Statistics , or a related field
A Master s degree (MBA, MIS, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.
