The Anderson School , a rapidly growing music school in Los Gatos, California, is looking for a Front Desk Administrator to work a fluid weekly schedule of 12+ hours. Weekend availability is a must.
Our ideal candidate is comfortable and easily relatable to a wide range of people, from four-year old to adult. The most important part of this job is to be a friendly, welcoming face for all students and families, current and prospective, coming into the school. High level organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. The job also requires answering the phone in a professional manner. Some of these calls require taking accurate, detailed messages and relaying them to the appropriate people in a timely manner. Many incoming calls require you to accurately portray our school and what we have to offer to the community. Knowledge of Google Sheets is a plus as we use it to maintain a live calendar of the daily lesson schedule. Ability to create eye catching social media posts is also desirable.
