What You'll Do:

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, managing check-ins and check-outs like a pro
• Ensure reservations run smoothly—whether online, over the phone, or in person
• Provide insider tips on our hotel and local attractions, making every guest's stay unforgettable
• Process payments with accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are guest-ready and impeccable
• Deliver VIP and group experiences with personalized service
• Upsell hotel services to enhance guest stays and maximize revenue
• Keep booking and payment records organized and precise
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent or similar role is a plus—but not required
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems like Opera and Saflok is a bonus
• A friendly, proactive, and professional attitude—guests should feel at home from the moment they arrive
• Strong communication and organizational skills to keep things running smoothly
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays
