Job Duties: EOS Hospitality Wequassett Employee LLC, dba Wequassett Resort and Golf Club, seeks Housekeepers, 22 openings, Temporary full-time positions from 4/1/26 to 11/10/26 in Harwich, MA. Housekeepers: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining all rooms, suites, and indoor common areas at the resort's property, which includes vacuuming floors, dusting, changing and replenishing linens and towels, disinfecting bathrooms and washing windows. Must be able to carry up to 25 lbs. of supplies up and down stairs. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. No experience necessary; will train. Workers will be paid no less than $20.26 per hour; Returning workers and workers with more experience may be paid higher wage rates up to $21.50 per hour. Overtime hours may be available at a rate ranging from $30.39 to $32.25 per hour. Generally: min. of 35 hours per week, on average 7 hours per workday and 5 workdays per week. Weekends and holidays required. Various shifts available but normally 9am-4pm daily. Conditions of employment for H2B and U.S. workers: 1. Initial transportation to begin the seasonal/peak employment (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence will be at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. 2. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. 3. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. 4. The employer will use a single work week for computing wages starting Friday at 12:00am and ending Thursday at 11:59pm and the employee will be paid weekly. 5. H-2B workers will be reimbursed during the first workweek for subsistence, visa, visa processing and related costs, except passport costs, by company payroll. 6. Optional, shared rooms and meals packages available, first come first served while available, for a fee of $180 - $235 per week. Amount dependent on accommodations available and/or selected (not deducted from payroll). 7. Eligible for health and dental insurance on the first of the month following 60 days of employment; 401K plan after six months of employment (given that the employee is 21 years of age or older). 8. Limited daily transportation offered from arranged lodging. 9. Must complete company on-line application/questionnaire. 10. The employer will make deductions from worker’s paycheck required by law. 11. Employees with more experience, or returning employees, may be offered a higher wage rate.
