More at . **_Role Overview:_** The Trellix Internship Program is designed to educate and develop the next generation of cybersecurity talent while supporting key functions and initiatives within the organization. Our internships are designed to build brighter futures - for you, for Trellix, and for our customers. It's your chance to see who we are, what we do and how we do it, so you can find the future that's right for you. This opportunity will build knowledge of cybersecurity products and services while developing technical, professional, administrative and business acumen, communication skills, and internal and external networks. Our 12-week internship program is designed to give individual training and real-work exposure to the day to day working within the Human Resources Team at Trellix. You will work both as a functioning member of the team and be assigned a personal project that will be presented at the end of the program. **_About the role:_** The Human Resources Internship is a summer program open to candidates wishing to build organizational and product knowledge. You will report to the Manager, Talent, Engagement, Diversity & Development, TEDD Team. In each week, you will work on projects critical to Trellix's growth. During the program, you will: + Receive mentoring and guidance by leaders, and the opportunity to evaluate their own skills. + Have the opportunity to develop foundational knowledge in various processes and systems. + Be expected to apply academic learning and previous work knowledge to business practices through project-based contributions aligned with needs of the organization. **_About you:_** + You want to network and learn from industry leaders, desire to learn, develop skillsets and be mentored + You wish to work on real projects that support the work to protect all that matters in a fast-paced environment + You enjoy connecting with teams to build your experience & partner across organizations + You have a passion for, knowledge of, and proficiency with technology + You exemplify strong interpersonal, oral/presentation, and written communication skills needed to contribute within a team-oriented environment + You are a creative risk-taker with strong character and emotional intelligence + You exhibit a strong motivation to work and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic, global, team-oriented environment + Strong organization and project management skills applied to managing multiple tasks + A detail oriented focus and follow-through skills, with an analytical mindset + You are energized by growing, motivating and learning with a global team of people + You have a passion for cybersecurity or desire to learn & engage in cybersecurity
