Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking an Identity Intelligence Analyst with a strong commitment to teamwork to join our team at the National Media Exploitation Center (NMEC) in Bethesda, MD . In this role, you will lead critical biometric identification operations, analyze complex identity data, and provide expert guidance on biometric technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications

Required

• Conduct thorough identity exploitation of media, to include detecting, extracting, adjudicating and preparing identity attributes for dissemination to national databases.
• Experience with tools and systems used for identity exploitation of biometric identity attributes and tradecraft, including biometric and biographic persona development.
• Knowledge of image comparison, facial recognition, or facial identification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve identification systems and processes.
• Author comprehensive technical reports documenting findings and recommendations.
• Stay current with emerging biometric technologies, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant privacy regulations and security protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Poly
• Minimum of 5 years experience with Bachelor's degree; Minimum of 3 years experience with Master's degree; Minimum of 0 years experience with PhD. Bachelor's or Master's degree must be within one of the following fields of study: Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering.

Preferred

• Formal training in facial identification techniques through recognized law enforcement program
• Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in biometrics
• Intelligence Community (IC) experience
• DoD 8570 Compliance (IAT Level II cert)

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
