We take pride in our reputation for excellence, and we are now seeking a talented Bilingual Immigration Attorney to join our team. Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Bilingual Immigration Attorney to join our team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law, be fluent in both English and Spanish and be committed to serving our diverse client base with the utmost professionalism and dedication.

**MUST BE BILINGUAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH**

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in various immigration matters.
• Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and other necessary documents.
• Conduct client consultations and assessments.
• Attend immigration hearings and court proceedings as necessary.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with our legal team to achieve successful outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida State Bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience practicing immigration law.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in both languages.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
