Summary:
As the Inventory and Logistics Coordinator, you will report to the Site Leader working onsite at our Holliston, Massachusetts office, and be responsible for all aspects of shipping/receiving and inventory responsibilities within the inventory storage area by performing the following tasks.
Responsibilities:
Perform shipment and receiving responsibilities including arranging for pick up, pull and package items to ensure damage free shipment, and inspect incoming product for damage and correctness.
Arrange for domestic and international shipments including the preparation of all necessary documents specific to customer or freight forwarders instructions.
Work directly with transport vendors to obtain best rates on shipments.
Perform inventory related tasks including stocking/pulling parts, assigning/maintaining stock locations, and supporting inventory manager.
Maintain clean/organized work stations.
Ensure shipping supplies are stocked and related shop equipment is maintained and in good working order.
Work directly with engineering regarding incoming documentation and secondary inspections.
Ensure customer satisfaction regarding quality and service.
Demonstrate the LEWA values of inclusion, ownership, respect, integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure safe work practices. Attend all HSE related trainings. Maintain company sponsored equipment operation certifications.
Perform other duties as assigned.
