About the Role
We are seeking motivated and compassionate Junior Aesthetics Nurse (RN) to join our expanding medical spa team. In this role, you will assist with aesthetic treatments while supporting smooth daily clinic operations. This position is perfect for nurses early in their careers who are eager to gain hands-on experience in medical aesthetics. Prior experience in aesthetics is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Perform and assist with non-invasive aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and skin rejuvenation
Support the medical team during injectable and advanced procedures
Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and patient records
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with nursing and safety regulations
Ensure a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment
Provide excellent patient care and answer client questions regarding treatments
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (required)
Open to candidates with no prior aesthetics experience but eager to learn
Prior experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or skincare is a strong plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on patient safety
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of medical aesthetics
Compensation & Benefits
$22.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience
