We are currently seeking a Junior Staff Accountant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build experience in public accounting and gain exposure to specialized areas like forensic accounting and valuation work. We are a high-volume CPA firm based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, specializing in forensic accounting, business valuations, and a variety of unique and engaging financial projects. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to clients and maintaining a collaborative, detail-oriented work environment. Responsibilities:

• Assist in forensic accounting investigations and data analysis
• Support business valuation projects and financial modeling
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and reconciliations
• Communicate with clients and team members in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all work products

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred)
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team
