Location : Phoenix and surrounding areas

Status : Full-Time and Part Time agents needed

Salary : 18.00 to 21.00 per hour depending on experience + comissions

Reporting to the Property Manager, the Leasing Agent assumes a pivotal role in upholding our unwavering commitment to delivering exemplary service and cultivating positive resident experiences within our community. This position holds critical responsibilities in leasing activities, resident relations, and administrative tasks, thereby making a substantial contribution to the overarching success of our property. Responsibilities:

 

  • Extend a courteous and welcoming reception to visitors, emphasizing exceptional customer service.
  • Employ refined sales techniques to attain leasing and retention objectives.
  • Furnish comprehensive information on available apartments and community amenities.
  • Conduct meticulous property tours, highlighting the manifold benefits of the community.
  • Facilitate the completion of lease agreements and associated paperwork with precision.
  • Input apartment availability and resident information with accuracy into property management software.
  • Vigilantly monitor prospect follow-up and applicant processing.
  • Ensure the precise and timely completion of lease-related documentation.
  • Conduct thorough move-in orientations and inspections.
  • Apply discerning product knowledge to proficiently market community features.
  • Evaluate and enhance advertising effectiveness, actively contributing to marketing initiatives.
  • Methodically process payments, ensuring meticulous adherence to company accounting policies.
  • Actively participate in budgetary processes, strictly adhering to approved budgets.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive office environment through effective teamwork.
  • Extend supportive assistance to fellow staff members when required.
  • Adhere rigorously to federal Fair Housing requirements and uphold company best practices.
  • Ensure unwavering compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

 

Requirements:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • One to three years of experience in a similar position.
  • Driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to solve problems with tact and diplomacy.
  • Good knowledge of basic principles of residential property management.
  • Proficiency in common computer tools and software such as spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and respect for the confidentiality of information.
  • Occasional travel will be required
