  • Deliver a high level of customer service when resolving billing, policy change, coverage, and claims issues
  • Take an innovative approach to networking and sales strategies to identify and secure new clients
  • Ensure up-to-date information within insurance company databases to effectively drive sales and current customers
  • Present existing and prospective customers with individualized policy options, quote calculations, and educational materials to meet their needs
  • Modify insurance coverage, as needed, by regularly assessing their accuracy, coverage, and limits
Qualifications:
  • Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs; experience using agency management systems considered a plus
  • A high school diploma is required - a bachelor's degree or comparable insurance industry experience is a must
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines
  • Deep knowledge of available insurance policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their limits and value propositions
  • State-issued, valid insurance license(s) required: Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License
