Job Description

McNally Enterprises Inc. is a full-service events production company located in the heart of Southern California. We provide production services for over 300 events each year locally, nationally, and internationally. We utilize and integrate skills across scenic, staging, audio, video, and lighting disciplines to provide a seamless and well-executed production experience for every event. Our lighting team has created numerous looks for a variety of events, meetings, shows, and more. Our production capabilities are recognized throughout the industry, contributing to events such as Coachella, Comic Con, the Super Bowl, the LA Marathon, and hundreds of other events, large and small. We also work with large corporate clients, including Amazon, Apple, Tesla, Hulu, Spotify, Nike, and Netflix. By Integrating effective lighting designs, the entire event doesn't just come to life, it becomes an entire experience.

We're looking for a passionate, motivated, and resourceful Lighting Designer/Programmer to join our team!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Designing, running, and maintaining lighting and control networks using various entertainment lighting control protocols such as DMX and Artnet.
Adapting console settings and presets based on show needs.
Leading event installations, including being hands-on with technical equipment, scenery, show execution, and strike.
Soldering and wiring LED tape/modules, or any custom electrical work.
Assembling Rigging/Truss, Lighting Rig, Power, and Network Infrastructure.
Recommending to company management the refurbishment needs of the lighting fixtures, consoles, networks, and controls.
Making recommendations to company management on the refurbishment needs of the lighting fixtures, consoles, networks, and controls.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and client expectations
Able to extend knowledge further to incorporate specific manufacturers' protocols and methods.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Performing other job responsibilities as assigned by MEI.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 30.00 35.00 Per Hour
