$28/hr Maxim Healthcare in Sonora, CA is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) work with a pediatric patient with a G-Tube, Trach and Ventilator in their home. Available Shifts: 7am - 3pm or 3pm - 11pm or 11pm - 7am Why Join Maxim: + Competitive Pay & Weekly Paychecks + Health, Dental, Vision, HSA and Life Insurance + Paid Time Off + 401(k) Savings Plan + Maxcares Awards Program Responsibilities: + Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. + On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders + Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition. + Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
