Job Description

One of the Boston's premier law firms is seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role is responsible for the planning and execution of a wide range of client-facing and business development events and high-profile functions. In addition to managing events, the coordinator will also support various firm-wide marketing initiatives, working closely with the Business Development team to ensure successful execution and follow-through.

Ideal candidates will have two to three years of experience in events or marketing -preferably within a law firm environment-and a strong interest in continuing their career in this field. Daily responsibilities include coordinating all aspects of event logistics, creating and managing invitation lists, overseeing vendor relationships, and organizing pre- and post-event meetings. Success in this role requires excellent communication and project management skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and website content management systems. A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also essential.

This is a hybrid position offering a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 , along with outstanding benefits including a 401(k) and profit-sharing programs.
