Job Description

About Us

Office Puzzle is an all-in-one platform that helps behavioral health, therapy, and home health providers focus on client care by simplifying scheduling, documentation, billing, and compliance. We reduce the administrative burden so providers can stay organized and deliver high-quality care.

We're a small, fast-moving team that cares deeply about our customers. Every role has real impact, and as we grow, your work will directly contribute to how we improve and scale our operations.

About The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join us as our first marketing hire. This is a hands-on role with a primary focus on driving demand and generating qualified leads. You'll bring our marketing efforts to life across a variety of initiatives, like launching lifecycle campaigns, coordinating events, creating content, and testing new channels.

You'll take initiative, bring thoughtful ideas to the table, and move quickly to execute and iterate. You'll work closely with the COO for guidance on priorities and collaborate with teams across product and customer experience (CX). This role is ideal for someone who brings strong marketing fundamentals, critical thinking, and a bias for execution—someone excited to contribute to strategy, but even more excited to put plans into action and learn by doing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Demand Generation & Campaign Execution

  • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns focused on generating high-quality leads and increasing conversion rates
  • Build and manage email campaigns in HubSpot, and develop landing pages
  • Monitor performance metrics and use data to continuously test, and optimize
  • Recommend and test new channels, tactics, or tools to improve reach and efficiency

Own Event Marketing & Coordination

  • Identify relevant conferences, trade shows, or community events aligned with our audience
  • Lead event planning and logistics, including outreach, registration, materials, and on-the-ground coordination
  • Collaborate with the CX team on event participation, staffing, and post-event follow-up—including preparing the team with clear event goals, messaging, and context

Develop and Maintain Marketing Assets

  • Create campaign assets such as landing pages, emails, one-pagers, and light design collateral (with tools like Canva or contractor support)
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and visuals across all channels
  • Partner with CX and product to surface customer stories and insights that can be leveraged in marketing efforts

Drive Marketing Operations & Performance

  • Manage HubSpot to support scalable demand generation
  • Set up tracking and attribution to ensure visibility into campaign performance and ROI
  • Share key learnings, performance metrics, and insights

Future Growth Opportunities

As the company grows, this role could expand to include:

  • Hiring and managing a small marketing team
  • Leading cross-functional go-to-market initiatives or new vertical launches
  • Playing a strategic role in long-term brand positioning and messaging development
  • Increasing ownership over marketing planning, forecasting, and high-level performance strategy

Who Thrives in This Role

This role is a great fit for someone who:

  • Feels energized by taking ownership—building plans, driving execution, and seeing the impact of their work
  • Brings ideas forward and adapts based on feedback and data
  • Balances critical thinking with a strong focus on execution and follow-through
  • Manages multiple projects and deadlines with clarity and structure—staying organized even when priorities shift
  • Has broad marketing experience and can confidently work across marketing functions, while knowing when to pull in outside support
  • Isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and tackle the unglamorous parts of execution when that's what it takes to keep momentum

Required Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on demand generation or lifecycle campaigns
  • Proven success executing campaigns that deliver qualified leads and contribute to pipeline growth
  • Prior experience in a SaaS or tech-enabled company
  • Strong writing and project coordination skills
  • Proficient in HubSpot or similar marketing platforms
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the behavioral health, healthcare, or ABA therapy space
  • Familiarity with basic design tools for creating or editing marketing assets (e.g., Canva, Figma)
  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot reports)
  • Experience working with or managing third-party vendors or contractors
  • Ability to create short-form marketing content or lightweight creative assets
  • Exposure to events, brand, or partner marketing initiatives in a growing SaaS environment

Benefits

We offer a mix of meaningful benefits and a flexible, people-first culture. Here's what you can expect as part of the team:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance - 100% company-paid after 30 days of continuous employment
  • Paid time off - 15 days of paid vacation per year, plus 2 personal days and 5 sick days
  • Remote-first culture - Work from wherever you're most productive
  • Growth potential - As a fast-growing company, there's real opportunity to evolve your role and take on new challenges
  • Guidance when you need it, ownership as you grow - We provide support and training upfront, with opportunities for more independence as you build confidence in the role
  • A mission that matters - Help empower providers who are making a difference in ABA therapy, behavioral health, and home health care

Compensation for this role ranges from $105,000 to $120,000 depending on experience, with additional potential for performance-based incentives over time.
