Position in this function is responsible for developing, executing, and supporting brand marketing initiatives that build brand health while lowering the cost of acquisition and retention. This role will support our Brand Marketing Directors, primarily at Optum ensuring consistent messaging across all channels, driving local marketing activations/sponsorships, and supporting the annual brand marketing agenda.

Primary Responsibilities - Brand Strategy: Portfolio management, naming, and migrations. Primarily at the product level
- Brand Stewardship: Coordination with business marketing teams to adopt messaging and visual standards
- Brand Marketing: Campaign activation and optimization, local market, performance management and reporting
- Sets team direction, resolves problems and provides guidance to members of own team
- Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges
- Influences or provides input to forecasting and planning activities
- Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact multiple groups of employees and/or customers (internal or external)

Required Qualifications - 7+ years of marketing experience with in a matrix organization
- 7+ years of experience in a deadline driven environment
- 7+ years proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- 7+ years of experience demonstrating organization skills
- 7+ years of experience managing and prioritizing several deliverables
- 7+ years of experience in meeting or exceeding sales promotion/marketing targets
- 7+ years of experience influencing and collaborating with others
- Proven ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
