Family of 4 in search of a nanny / family support person to come to our home in Branford CT.
Our family has recently relocated to Branford, CT after being displaced by the fires in Los Angeles. We are looking for a full or part time nanny who holds the warmth and beauty of a Waldorf or similar early childhood understanding and education.
We are looking for an emotionally intelligent, grounded, and warm person to take care of our 2 year old daughter as well as some hours in the afternoon with our 8 year old son on his return from school. We would want to find someone who is comfortable driving in order to take advantage of local classes and excursions.
As we both work from home with varied schedules we ideally would like to find someone who is also flexible with timing, and in return can also be quite flexible and adaptable ourselves if we find the right fit !!
In general we are flexible with the arrangement based on finding the right person.
Along with childcare we would prefer someone who can allow us to be more present with our children by supporting with family chores such as meal prep, groceries, straightening up, etc ....
