As a Nonprofit Customer Service Representative , you’ll serve as the connection between our nonprofit partners and the community. You’ll engage with the public at charity events, retail activations, and fundraising campaigns , ensuring donors and supporters have a positive and meaningful experience.
Represent nonprofit partners at fundraisers, community events, and outreach campaigns .
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, explaining nonprofit missions, and encouraging donations.
Assist with event logistics such as registration, setup, and supporter engagement.
Build positive relationships with donors and maintain accurate contribution records.
Help distribute promotional materials and share campaign updates.
Work with team members to meet fundraising goals and deliver strong event outcomes.
Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to grow communication and outreach skills.
