In this position, you will participate in BAE Systems' nationwide LEAP Internship & Co-op Program, where you will Learn, Engage, Apply, and Progress within the company. The LEAP Program will provide you with the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on impactful projects, engage in career development opportunities, and network with our business leaders and the other students in the program.
Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship.
The Role: In this role, you will:
- Pull data from multiple sources to create reports for customers.
- Assess inventory levels for sustainment programs and make proposal recommendations.
- Determine ways of optimizing report creation and better metric reporting.
- Participate in LEAP Intern events and activities.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills - U.S. Citizenship.
- Candidate for a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field and will have completed at least their junior year of college prior to start of internship.
- Motivated individual with strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent team player who is willing to contribute and learn.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and other Office applications.
- Ability to work across teams (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Program Office, Finance).
- Prior Supply Chain experience a plus.
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $43847 - $59143
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
