Job Summary Key Responsibilities: - Dispatch drivers - Ensures the branch achieves financial goals aligned with company and client expectations - Improves operational efficiency and leads the development of accurate / realistic forecasts - Interprets policies, procedures, and guidelines while upholding compliance to ensure consistent application within the district- Assists in the scheduling and coordination of new installations- Abides by all parts of collective bargaining agreements, where applicable- Inventory control practices, driving improvements in stock accuracy and shrink reduction- Optimizing planograms for improved product placement and category performance- Ensure action plans are developed and implemented to improve SSS/control V-9 (food waste, o/s, etc.)- Drive compliance to merchandising standards- Assess employee's performance through audit reports - Perform Route Driver position, when needed, including driving a company vehicle over an established route to deliver products, fill and maintain vending related equipment Preferred Qualifications: - A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered- Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license (unless otherwise indicated by state) and good driving record- Route management, retail and merchandising - Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).- Food & beverage experience- Capable of fostering clear and open communication - Must be passionate about providing premier service to our clients and customers- The ability to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis Apply to Canteen today!
