Job Title: Outbound Sales Call Center Supervisor Job Description This is a leadership position overseeing a team of call center individuals. This role also involves making a high volume of calls to individuals who may be interested in selling their homes. The successful candidate will navigate Salesforce to manage leads and collaborate with the inbound sales team.
Responsibilities - Make 50-100 calls per day to potential clients based on provided leads.
- Engage with individuals who may need to sell their homes.
- Navigate Salesforce for lead management and information retrieval.
- Collaborate closely with the inbound sales team.
Essential Skills - 2+ years of sales experience with a focus on calling leads.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Administrative experience.
- Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and team interactions.
Work Environment The work schedule is from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/hr.
